Bizhub 363 9901 jam

This machine has a PC-409 and that is where my problem lies. It will only jam from this tray. The first sheet gets about half way through the registration assembly, the page behind it just stops coming out of the drawer but, it seems to continue to drive the feed portion so it z-folds the back half of the paper. The clutches and rollers from the feed head have been replaced, the reg roller bushing have been cleaned and clutch has been replaced, Firmware has been updated to G00-D6. There is no info in the service manual and nothing on the knowledge base. Any help would be appreciated!

Worn sync roller bushings or sync rollers where the bushings run would be good possibility.

I have had the Transport Motor (M1) fail causing a mistiming in paper transport and indicate a J-9901. Think I have seen this on three different machines. Part number is A1UDM10000. Hope this helps.

i had one where the transport sensor (photo reflective) was soiled with paper dust.

Photo Reflective sensor is only on the 423. That transport sensor is a Photo Interrupter on the 363.
