When i print a pdf on KMC 368 the text look almost like it is too dark and the text is not smooth. When i print a word doc it is fine. Is there anything in the driver setting i need to change.

It happens using PS driver on Mac OS and also on PCL on windows. Im just wondering if its normal. If you dont really look carefully you wont notice it but custmomers are starting to and thats a concernComment

put the PDF on a flash drive and print it from the copiers USB port. this will find out if there any issues from whatever PDF app they use.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
