Hello,
who can assign this error?
It forms with time a skid mark on the ITB and the 4 drum,
this goes around, backside machines.
Conclusion, stripes on the copy.
I do not know where to grind ....

I'd check the ITB cleaning blade and roller. Look for waste toner hardening, backing up.

this is ok,
when I replaced the itb it comes back in the drums also,
perhaps also makes the other a broken,
but I'd know where that came from before I use a new ITB and new drums again and then maybe come back.
However, the cleaning wiper can be seen already residues,
that's true, but these are not caked or many other similar.

Not 100% but i know if you have a bad drum with a dirty charge you can get a line at the very top of the page, now imagine that line all day long all week wearing the belt. If you have a drum sucking dev it does this aswell as the dev is almost like sand paper, if your really unlucky it marks all four drums as well.

is the machine level front to back?
i had a tilted floor once did the same thing, i put blocks under the rear wheels and all was fixed.
