Tis code appeared after customer tried to use toner for bizhub 210 . When i used the corect toner it looks like when it tries to rotate it a sound like it can't rotate it and error 2557 appears. Error does,t appear from the beggingn when i turn on machine.
I ask can it be some problem with toner drive mechanism or somethig .

Replace dev, vacuum out toner hopper, install proper toner. That should do it.

I think no new toner added from the wrong bottle. Are you sure it's the toner ? Can it be the toner drive mecahanism?

You can open the toner door and use your hand to see if it tries to rotate before
popping the code.

I will break a spot welded shaft from the bracket on the toner drive train if it gets enough strain.
Many moons ago KM did make the replacement part available.
