      go to service mode, hit stop, 9 then>>>

      13.3.2 Administrator Password
      A. Use
      new password can be set without entering the current administrator password with this.
      B. Procedure
      New Password : Enter the new administrator password.
      Re-Input Password : Enter the new administrator password again.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          go to service mode then one of the hidden modes (see service manual) then select admin password and you can reset. ( see above key strokes)
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
