The web roller for the fusing unit seems to not be advancing. I get build up and it has scarred one upper fuser roller within a month. I've replaced the web roller motor and ran it in I/O mode and watched it turn so I know that is working. I've changed dipsw for it to run more often as well. Even reset counter for web roller. Any ideas?

Re: Bizhub Pro 1051 web roller
Since you replaced the web advance motor, has it turned at all during copy cycles? As much as I hate replacing boards, you're headed that way. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well I guess next time I am at the account I'll get on the phone with tech support to tell me to start swapping boards so I have a request number to send them back when they don't fix the problem lol"In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."

Yeah the gear looks fine and I ran the motor in I/O mode and watched it turn with the web roller cover off. But when I go to the machine after a week or so you can tell theweb roller isn't advancing and it's building up all that toner it's cleaning off."In a cruel and evil world, being cynical can allow you to get some entertainment out of it."
