Bizhub C252 service mode

Trying to get in the service mode but every time i hit the utility hard key it just beeps and doesn't respond
any suggestions i look around the key board panel to see if the was any holes in the panel to access any key switch but couldn't find one.

Power down the machine, unplug the lan cable power on, wait & try again?

No lan cable plug in just using it as a copier.
