C6500 paper exit

Hi,
Is there a posibility that paper printed to go straight out ? Printed face to go out and not "face down exit"?

My problem: Paper printed is exiting face down and since is some kind of glossy paper toner does not stick to it righ away so toner is deposition on the reverse gate "teeth". After toner building there there are some scratches on the "face" of the printed page.

The paper weight and type need to be correct as well. You can choose face up or face down normal or reverse order
For face up just set it on the screen. For printing you can also select face up or down in the printer preferences for the fiery.
If you have the ic601 insteaf of the fiery I believe the procedure is the same, just not as intuitive as the fierys IMO.
But if you are getting toner offset or peeling either the paper is incompatible which is very possible or the settings for that tray are too low.
