Banner printing is not supported on the bizhub PRO C5500/C5501C6500/C6500P/C6501/C6501P/C65hc. This specification cannot be changed. All product change requests for this feature will be denied.

Preparation
➲ Please use only SMART concept ( bizhub PRO C6500 )
➲ Only IC-408 supports banner paper size
➲ Please remove any finisher from the configuration
➲ Only the bypass is able to handle banner paper
Engine settings
➲ Service mode / System settings / Software DipSW
➲ Set Engine DIP-SW 10-0 to 1
➲ Set Engine DIP-SW 10-1 to 0
➲ Set the right paper size on engine for bypass tray
Printing
➲ Open the document you want to print on banner
➲ Select the driver for IC-408
➲ Define the right media setting ( Weight, Type )
➲ Define the banner paper as Customised paper, e.g. 314 x
1200mm
➲ PRINT
Restrictions
➲ Counter information not clear
➲ Paper wrinkle
➲ Jam recovery could be difficult
➲ No QA test from BT
➲ No paper test
