    BIzhub 920 scanning issue

    Scanning isn't working after SC 49-01


    Printing, scanning and copying were working just fine then customer Call for SC-49-01
    We reformatted the Hard Drive (all).


    Now It is printing but when trying to scan, looks like the document is scanned and sent
    But no file in the Scans folder (No error code either)
    Any input is welcome




    PS: Scanning to root folder in Windows server 2003

      Are the credentials correct? sometimes you need domain\username. is the machine part of the domain instead of workgroup?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          Yes, They made an user in the domain (copier) just for scanning
