    Mac OS "El Capitan" and Account Track

    Has anyone gotten this new OS to work with 4 or 4e series machines? There isnt a specific driver for this version and we cant get it to work.

    Are you looking for a print driver? There is a 10.11 driver on KonMin site.

      There are drivers for 10.11. With Mac after you install the driver you have to make sure you select the correct model within the series. The encryption key is different for each model so you have to select the exact model when adding the printer or the account track code will not decrypt properly at the copier. With Microsoft OS after installing the driver it will detect the model within the series automatically using SMNP but the Mac will not.

        You know you can go to Terminal in Mac enable the web interface then go to http(s)://localhost:631/printers select the konica and change any preference that you can see on a PC right?
        You may not need the s in the addy above thats why I put it in parenthesis

            i kinda left ya hanging on the first part.
            once you see the printers, select Administration in the drop down box and you will have tons of options to adjust. the users password may be needed.
            We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
