Konica C 360 12-501

When i try to give prints /copies from tray 2 in my Bizhub C360 I get 12-501 jam codes. The paper has hardly budged out of the tray when the code is thrown. I have put a new pickup assembly and still no change.

Could anyone suggest on what I should do .

Remove tray 1 and watch the assy when it tries to pick up paper.
Could be clutch could be paper not lifting high enough or take up roller not droppung down far enough etc...
Bes5 bet is watching how the rollers turn with tray 1 out of the machine.

The paper is came from the cassete, or is stay on the roller?
Try to clean needle roller and shaft with sandpaper, thats help!

I checked and found that the separation roller of tray 2 is not turning properly . What do i do next since i have already replaced the pickup assembly .
