KM Bizhub C-35 Network card

I have a customer that their bizhub c35 is no longer being supported by local KM dealer. Their network card isn't working. Is there a setting that allows it to be turned off or is the card just bad? If the card is bad, does anyone have a part number or a working one you're willing to sell? Do you have to replace these as a set with the fax card or are they modular? Been working on Ricohs and HP/Lexmarks lately. Thanks in Advance!

C35 Does not have a separate network card, it's all part of the MFPB(main board)..

Thanks for the response. Would that be the A121H0130D? Hytech doesn't repair these anymore. Is there another source for these anywhere? Thanks!

no. the part number depends on your location, see below. USA is "B" thats all i know

Synth is right. On that note about Hytec. I am not surprised, that machine is pretty bad. We recently had a wholesaler refuse to take some from us(for free). He said even he could not give them away.

fully supported, KM is around 600 for the MFP new. You can find them on flea bay for about 200. just follow your service man to transfer your meter etc. while i see people complain about this little box, i have some in the field with 500k and going strong. As long as you do a total call it will run. I also use the plastic lube anytime i have the covers off etc and keep the drive well lubed. the 3350 is basically the same machine with a different display, so it's not that bad as long as you don't try for the 120k duty they are rated for.
