[Misc] C654e appears to Copy by itself then beeps to remove original - no one around machine

This was reported by the customer & I have not yet seen it happen but she claims it has been happening for weeks now.
Her office is directly across from the copier room so she only needs to look up and confirm that Nobody is there.

I'm just wondering if ANYONE else has seen this before I start asking for a spare control panel to swap.

I lightly tapped the start button to check for sensitivity but no copy.
