bizhub c300 color copies are moved

hello, when I make black copies, they are ok but colors copies are moved . what can I do to solve it.thanks in advance.

Hello, try cleaning the 2 sensors under the front of the transfer belt then run colir registration and see if it improves.
You will have to open the shutter that protects them to get access.
5 minute job really.

I send the imagen of my problem. You can see on the pattern that black squares are not the same level that color squares.people say me that it I should change the transfer unit. but I see it good .

thanks for your help. I cleaned ,laser unit, two sensors under the transfer unit end the transfer unit, and the color copies are ok now.
