    c6500 paper jam at fuser

Good day all, I cannot seem to figure out why my machine will not feed copies after the paper is about to exit the fuser and go into the decurler. I have tried several paper weights and nothing seems to work. On light paper, it goes into the decurler and stops right after it exits the fuser. With cover, it stops midway in the fuser. I pulled the fuser, inspected all the gears, belt, and all are good. The gears are only a couple of months old and the machine is barely used, mostly proofing. Any ideas?

there is a torque limiter under the fuser, if it slips the pressure comes off the fuser rollers too soon and can cause your symptom.
also how are the 2 grey pressure rollers on the fuser exit door, is the adjustment in the center or are the exit rollers open? they help drive the paper to the decurler.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Anyone have the part numbers for the torque limiter?

65AA53651 is the limiter and 65AA77470 is the gear part just in case.
You can take off the fuser front cover jig the door and see if the pressure releases before the page has exited
