    [Dead] B/H Pro 951 C-4705

    Goodmorning everyone

    Anyone come up with this?
    Got a call today that after 20-30 copies it pops the code.
    I'l follow the instructions in the SM when i get there but wanted to ask if anyone
    has dealt with a similar code since it involves only boards(PRCB,IPB).

    I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

      Could be bad memory, bad connector, or even screwy print data.

      I would remount the boards format the HHD and check the firmware version before changing boards.

      It seems the raster data proceeding is failing.

          Just had this problem.. Actually it was 4702 but a few of the codes in the log were 4705. Still don't know if it's fixed, as I haven't heard back from them since, but I replaced the HDD and IPB and updated the firmware.
