    Bizhub c454e Hard Drive

    Hello

I work on Toshiba's mainly and the boss had a KM Bizhub c454e come in that needs a hard drive. Can anyone tell me if I need a specialized hard drive or can I pick one up at a local store?

Thank you in advance for any help.

I have had success using any 320g HDD
Worst part is the physical format which can take hours.
Than the logical format which takes just a couple minutes.
Then once rebooted it will call for movie data which one of us can provide if you dont have an authorized logon to konicas site.

What is the original issue? A code saying hdd is bad?
Sometimes just reformatting can fix an issue.
Also sometumes after a firmware update the hdd gets turned off in service mode and just needs to be turned back to "installed".
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

Yes a standard HDD will work. It comes with a 250GB but a 320GB should work fine.
      Never tried a 500GB before.
      Anyone out there who knows?

What is wrong with the original one. Did you try and format it?
      Whatever

Oops completed this before seeing your post.
        Hehe.

Look for error codes in the log like CFA14 and the like.
        Whatever
