Bizhub Pro 951 ORU-M reset

Anyone know how to reset or disable the "ORU-M" red warning on a 951?
soft switch 15 is already set to 0.

I like to know also...every time I do a pm..drum DV..never resets

are you doing the mandatory adjustments upon replacement? thats what resets the counters.
do you need the manual?
sometimes after the correct procedure you have to power off the machine briefly and turn back on and the messages will be gone.
you have to do the drum peculiarity adjustments or it will never run right.

I do all the adjustments. DRUM Peck ect....I will try turning power off

On later firmware, a new button is available in drum peculiarity called (something like) drum package adjustment. After a pm you press it and it asks if you've changed dr & dv etc. On answering yes, it resets the counters and does all the adjustments for you.

it does not indicate that the 951 was supposed to use ORU?
"ORU-M Counter Rewrite (1250/1250P/1052. only)"
do you have the service manual?
says nothing about the 951 but the directions are there for the other models.
