[Electrical] error code C-E002/E006 on bizhub 950

Hi guys,

we have a problem on the model Bizhub 950. It displays the error code C-e002/e006 when making copies. We have replaced the OACB and loaded the firmware but still same problem we got.

Any suggestions you can give?

SM says Confirmation of the wiring harness and the connector PCI relay board (PCIRB) IC board (ICB) Overall control board (OACB)

not a lot to go on there.
just to ask, have you traced the whole harness and cut all zipties?
maybe change the PCIRB?
what have you done?
