    Bizhub C368

    I got Bizhub C368 running for 8 months now. While printing the print out is all good but the edge of the print has faded. tried isolated with new dev unit,drum unit still no progress. please do advice if any solution to this.

      Are you a tech?
      Can you provide some samples?
      I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

                                      Stop the machine with the image on the transfer belt.
                                      Is the image faded on the belt.
                                      Post the half-tones set at 125.
                                      Whatever

                                          Hi, I am from the Fiji Islands,

                                          I have been having the same issue, noticed that while printing.

                                          Had a BibHub C364, started having the issue after 6 months, techs couldn't fix it, so machine was replaced under warranty. Received a new machine Bizhub C368, now around 8 months its having the same problem.

                                          One tech advised to level the machine. we checked and yes the machine was not level, it was leaning to the front, so the prints are faded at the back.

                                          So I have leveled the machine, that is lifted the front, 20 days now, still no difference.

                                          Please do note that this issue I had with 3 machines (Kyocera Taskalpha 3051ci, Konica Minolta BizHub c364 and BizHub C368)

                                          So I assumed that the placement was an issue... changed placement, leveled the machine, still the same thing.

                                          Any help would be really appreciated.
