Hello I have a problem with my bizhub C352 copier . When I print copy paper is white, the uttility button no longer works and network card dont responde. I think he failed firmware, how can i install or make a restore ???

How can you print if the network card doesn't respond!?

I would try flashing to the latest firmware you might be lucky.

I dont print from network i make copy .Where can i download the last firmware ???

You need to be a KM tech to get the firmware it is not available to end users
