Pagescope Data Administrator

I'm trying to import the details of a machine using Pagescope Data Administrator, to a local file, to use as a base.

It can read the Administration, Authentication, and Address settings.
Yet, under the 'File' tab, the options to import/export are grayed out.

The machine I'm importing from is a C368, although I also have a C220 on site.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Sometimes needs to upgrade the firmware or try with a diferent version of data administrator .

For every new bizhub series i reinstall PSDA

from the newest driver-dvd that comes with the machine.
Then i can be shure to have all correct interfaces/drivers in the database of PSDA.
If you use an 2 years old PSDA, you can read actuall bizhub series data but the software has no information how to handle it.

I don't think the current Data Administrator works with the new C368 series

nope, the actual PSDA from their new DVD runs fine and let adressbook be copied from older to new mashine without having stress.

Have you selected what to export (Address Book data or Authentication data)?

Before you can use the import/export functions you must have an active MFP in your registered list and have pulled down the current address book. Ver4.1.33 works with the C368 (there is a newer function version for this model, 2.1 and of course you must update PSDA to work with this version). I did test this with the "Local File" and it works as expected. Emujo

Was gonna say the same thing. It is grey out until you select the item in the list you want to export.
