Have a KM BH C544 w/FS-533 finisher; finisher tray will not raise with advent of copy. Have swapped controller board, signal cable to ctlr board, and tray lift motor; have also updated updated firmware. All sensors and cables check good. Any ideas?

I'm going to take a WAG that you've got a bizhub C554e. Is that correct? Not a C554 or a C544. And if it is a bizhub C554e, has it stored any error codes? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No, it's definitely a C554 purchased second-hand. In wrestling with it, found a solenoid in the finisher to be a bit sluggish causing the problem. Removed the
solenoid and cleaned both the solenoid and the plunger and corrected the problem. Thanks for the followup.Comment
