    C754e Fs535 & c1103

Hey there! Need some help please! Fs535 w/punch, post inserter and booklet maker, runs all day long if paper exits the upper bin, but if you choose the offset / elevator tray it codes out with the front alignment plate error. You can sometimes run a couple without error, and it will offset, with onesies and twosies, but try a bigger run and it'll offset to the rear, the front alignment fence doesn't return to home and it codes out.

    Done so far:
    Firmware
    SD2 Solenoid w/spring. CORRECTION:
SD2 NOT CHANGED. Another SD was, am returning to site tomorrow to check SD2.

    Front alignment motor
    Front home position sensor
    Fin control board
(the fence passes self test in service mode using the f/r home position test)
Nothing looks broken or out of place.

Looking for a bit of advice thx! Definitely an fs535, not a fs534.

    Regards!
    A.

        Update:

It was SD2 and what a bugger to change just the plunger even! (with the new style spring)

        Runs good now!

        Regards!
