Bizhub 250 scanner problem

Hi, it's my first post in this really helpful forum
I have a problem with Bizhub 250. We had to make total clear it this device. After that there's no option to scan to SMB or FTP... I always thought that this functions are "on board" and there's no way to disable them. Anyone can help?

When you do a total data clear most of the time it turns OFF the hdd.
Turn it back on in service mode and ill bet you can then access these functions.

Problem
The selection to create a one touch key in Pagescope Web Connection is missing in the public logon.

Solution
CAUSE: The restrict one touch editing function in the administrator mode is set to on. This restricts all regular users from creating or editing the one touch keys.


SOLUTION: If this setting is not desired, enter the administrator mode 1, select admin set, then select one touch editing. Set the selection to off. This will allow all users to create and edit existing one touch keys

Unfortunately none of above had helped. I can't activate HDD because there is no HDD in the machine... As I can see in brochure SMB and FTP scan is in standard. So Scanner Option in Tech. Rep (in picture) relates to SU-501 (IP scanning only), am I right? Now I really don't have idea what to do.

If I remember ..... the BH250 series stated that it will "scan out of the Box", but you actually have to enable it with a bit switch.

Thanks! Mode 475 switch 3 i'll test it tommorow and give an info if it's ok.
