[Dead] KM 7000 stuck on "please wait starting system"

Hi everybody,

I've never seen this to happen.

Printer is stuck on "please wait. Starting system" window with energy saver LED flashing slowly.

progress bar doesn't appear on screen and you can't start the machine in service mode...

any have ideas?

HI, my c8000 just did the same thing. What was the fix?
