[Misc] Bizhub C454e Won't save IP Address

So their IT guy wanted me to let it auto pull an IP address, then he will set it up from there, so I did. But I know I need to make it static after that so it won't keep changing. I thought all I had to do was change it from auto input to manual input and it would keep it. Not so. You can turn DHCP off but only if it's on manual input, but then after a power cycle, DHCP is back on and it pulls a new IP address. What am I missing? Bizhub secure is installed if that matters. Firmware had to be downgraded to G20-K6 per customer requirements. This is a new machine being installed. When it auto pulls IP address, it gets subnet mask too but no gateway. I put gateway at what I thought it should be(same as IP but ends in 1) but same result.

assign it an ip outside of the DHCP range or have their IT person set a reservation for it on the DHCP server. give them the MAC address and it will assign the same ip as they give it every time.
