    Konica Minolta Bizhub C454 C-9403

    Hi,

    I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C454 displaying a error C-9403. I have a finisher / hole punch connected, i was reading on the error which shows it can be ADF CIS Cable, i then unplug the finisher the error goes away and the machine works with no error. When i plug up the finisher the error appears. I foynd that very strange any suggestions??

      I find this very strange also. But the code still refers specifically to the CIS white level reference. Order the cable first. I had a case that was much more convoluted than that, but don't worry about that now. Cable first. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Can anyone tell me the part-number for that ADF CIS Cable? I mean those which look like USB cable.

                  Correct the harness connection between CIS and DSIPB if faulty. 2 Correct the harness connection between CIS and CISPU if faulty. 3 Replace CIS. 4 CISPU F1, F2 conduction check. 5 Replace CISPU. 6 Replace DSIPB. 7 Replace MFPB.
