Bizhub 1052 wavy paper

Hi everybody,
I have a problem with wavy paper on Bh1052 with humidifier.
Paper is A3 80gsm offset. The waves are on the long side.
Tested on same configuration machine and there was no problem.
I tried to change fusing temperatures and fusing pressure and to print with and without humidifier, but there was no change.
Anyone had problem like this?

Does the fuser rollers run smoothly if you turn it by hand?
Do you get jitter on the prints?

Have you tried the Curl Compensation in the Tray Settings? It makes a huge difference. The hard part is getting your enduser to load the paper consistently with the seam side of the paper package up. Like that, the Curl should be set to Curl Upward for optional trays #3, #4, and #5. Set Curl Downward for Tray #1 and #2. Also set Fixing Pressure to Weak for all trays, assuming that you're using 20# bond. Ideally you'll have an environmental humidity less than 50%, with a resulting 30% humidity in your paper. =^..^=
