Scheduled counter reset query

Afternoon all,

We have x2 KM C368s and I am trying to find a method to schedule a counter reset (not user/account track reset) on a monthly basis. What I would like to do is to track how much printing/copying etc. is done on a monthly basis by our users.

Can someone please help in achieving this? I'd like to set a schedule and not a manual reset.

i dont think such a thing exists.
why not simply set it to email you the monthly meters on a predetermined date?
go onto the copiers web page and i think its under maintenance.
then just use math to figure the monthly usage.

so with a little math i know they made 6033 total pages, 3017 were color and 3106 were black.

the auto meter emails are the way to go based on your request.

you can even set it to email you if it gets a jam or service code, hell even if its out of paper i believe.

Thank you for your quick reply Synthohol, I already have that setup, in fact I get it weekly, monthly and also I download the account track log, I have an excel sheet where I calculate everything every month but that is time consuming. I thought I must be missing something as I believe C368s are the latest gen of KM so thought they might have developed something better then previous generations.

i also get emails for imaging units and toner replacements etc., though all of this is for information only as admin and other staff members replaces toners etc.

The only thing that I can't get is the daily document log from Pagescope Administrator, it just stops and gives error after 64%.
