Assuming you are a tech and the machine it self is clean inside(coronas, pgc sensor, color registration sensor etc).

    1)Automatic Gamma Adjustment.
2)Reset Printer Gamma Sensor screenings besides contone and re-adjust them.
    4)Automatic Gamma Adjustment.
5)Gamma Offset Adjustment Manual for all screenings besides contone.
    6)Automatic Gamma Adjustment.
7)Calibrate controller with spectrometer(Most of the time its not neccessary if you are happy with the results).

    Pretty much the simplest procedure.
I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

I would recommend checking toner lvl from developer units before trying any kind of calibrations since u might make it even worst if your developer is old.
Service mode => Process adjustment => Sensor output check
Correct values are 120-130. If yours are lower or higher try to run density return mode from sensor output check.

After this you should clean your gama and color reg sensors.
After this try to run gamma adj and color reg adjustments.

After this you can try to print some test patterns for each color at 125 density and post those so we can try to help you more.

If u have es1000 calibrator you should try to calibrate it after you finish cleaning your sensors.

      Best of luck.

You dont have to install anything
If u have installed command workstation 4 or 5 go log with admin account and there is a calibration tool
You just have to insert your es1000 calibrator in usb and calibration tool will tell u everything you have to do.

          Best of luck!

perform all the adjustments DigiMan suggested above THEN...
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
              The medication helps though...
