Hi Guys ,
HOW IS IT THAT MY COPIER BIZHUB 282 IS SHOWING ERROR after trying to update with special firmware for aborting the job.0x0000999.now it says FlashRom set up
ERASE PROGRAM OK

Error 0x0000e011

Imust have totally missed a step at the end of the week.

any idea is deeply appricated

Phase 2 serial number cut in:

From "A11W011002051" onward => bizhub 222 Phase2
From "A11V011001338" onward => bizhub 282 Phase2
From "A11U011001706" onward => bizhub 362 Phase2

Serial numbers below are Phase 1 systems.

Thanks for looking into this
These B&W machines are great until they run into these issues. i used 128 MB FLASH CARD (formatted in FAT ) and installed special firmware( A11U-0100-G07-09-002.exe) that kmbs recommend will be a fix for correction of Abort code(( 0x0000999 ) After extracting the file + copied it to the card,copier power was unpluged and the right door open ,i started the procedure.in very short time it gave that message ( erase program was ok ) with eror code ( 0x0000e11 ) As i tried to put the original firmware back on it , that is when i got the big ERROR in middle of the screen .

How do you update these machines?

I did follow the procedure for fininsher instead of MSC. Thanks for mentioning that.so do you think there is a chance to recover from error ?since this is a phase 1 machine what would be a grat fix for Abort code 0x0000999?

unplug the network cable and see if it boots up.

because the machine did erase the program ok there is no firmwre on it.I did turn it on to see if there is any luck.no luck

you mean with this firmware A11U-0100-G05-09-002 ? i will give it a try on monday.just in case if it was not recovered I am going to replace the MFBS2 Board FOR PHASE 1 MACHINE

double check your serial number to make sure you are 1 or 2 first.
