Has anyone an idea what the fault code C-4091 is on a C364e? Cannot find any reference in the service manual. Machine has a finisher, DF and AU installed.

1 Reboot the machine. - -
2 Check the flat cable between MFPB PJ03-PRCB
CN41 for proper connection and correct as necessary. - -

Check the connected portion of the flat cable for any
curled pattern or any scratches, and replace it if
necessary.

4 Replace MFPB - -
5 Replace PRCB -We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
The medication helps though...
