[Error Code] Minolta C451- Error 3102

Good morning friends , this morning my machine started with the code C -3102 .As indicated in the service manual , I efetuei the exchange of the merger and the exchange of the M30 engine, and nothing happens. Does anyone have any experience with this code ? Thanks to all who help .

check the fuser has not come apart other wise it could be the motor and gear.
