    Bizhub c552 C2554 Code

    Okay, had a magenta drum go bad and installed another known good drum from a shop machine and now machine goes into C2554 code! Any thoughts?

      Try cleaning the TCR sensor window on the imaging unit.
      When I started servicing copiers they used toaster ovens for fusers.....I'm old
