[Error Code] Konica BH 215 problem

Hi,I had c2557 error code...I changed developer and done AUTO ADJUST TCR.
But after that image quality gone bad. There is lot of ghosting.

First of all if you get that code you should clean TCR sensor (on the bottom of the IU assy) or replace IU assy if total counter is above 150000. That will help the machine to correctly do the TCR adjustment.
2nd replace drum DR 114 and claning part at the same time as developer.

Regarding the problem, from the image you posted it seems to me that something with charging or cleaning is not correct. Try to clean the upper part of IU assy (recycling unit - above drum) cleaning part and charger, and make sure you reassemble it in correct way.

I replaced drum and cleaning blade too....tomorrow I'll clean recycling unit ,so we'll see...

did you reset the counts for these parts. looks like a ground issue from the image unit

Counters are not relevant for the problem, but definetly something hasn't sat in place when reassembling imaging unit.
