C6501 Firmware needed

Hello. I have C6501 flipping between C-C101 and C-C134 and strongly believe its a software issue. I reloaded the software but there is no resolution cause there seem to be a particular difference between all the software i got from the km site and what i see on a working C6501:
KM site has:
A03U0Y0-0011-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0012-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0013-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0014-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0015-G00-XX

A03U0Y0-00C1-G00-XX

Whereas the working machine has:
A03U0Y0-0011-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0012-G00-XX
A03U001-0013-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0014-G00-XX
A03U0Y0-0015-G00-XX

A03U0Y0-00C1-G00-XX

The major difference being I3 (A03U0Y0-0013-G00-XX vs A03U001-0013-G00-XX). I suspect this is why the firmware issue still persists. I am wondering if anyone has this particular I3 firmware (A03U001-0013-G00-XX) and would be kind enough to send to me. Otherwise, any further suggestions to resolve are welcome. Any version will do pls, thanks.

A03U001 is firmware for Japan.
just flash the latest ver 70, it should straighten out.

Thanks. But can i move from any version straight to version 7 or it has to be step-wise?

ive never had an issue just flashing the latest regardless of what was already on there.
