[Misc] IC-413 ISO

I have a customer that is getting an unknown error to her C-6000. It is when she is doing a folding job. She just has the FS-612. It does not have a C code, it the job list it has "Internal error: Unknown Error on the screen. She has 4 PC's and they all do it with the same job. Talked with the Minolta rep and he says to reload the firmware on the fiery. There is version 1.0 on it and I want to keep it that. There is 1.11, but there is stuff that has to be done and bought to do this. So on the Mykonica site they have all the patches for 1.0 and not the ISO? So where can I get this??ThanksKEN

if its 8.5x11 make sure its in the landscape direction and its under 50 pages (25 folded ) and the paper drawer is set for plain and 81 gsm or lighter. iso is not available for download on km tech site here is (p/n 45095418 for factory system and user disks

1.11 is fine, its 2.0 that needs the bios upgrade and more ram IIRC.
If you want 1.11 let me know.

Well the customer did find her disk. I reloaded the system software and she was able to do her booklet. There was a power outage and I guess that messed up the fiery. Yea, I called Minolta about that 1.0 system software. They said the reason it is not up there is because a Windows license thing. To upgrade to 1.11 is a cost of about $500. Bios upgrade and I dont know what else. So she is up and running with that!!
