If you still havent gotten the firmware to load, I can provde a URL and credentials to allow use of internet ISW as long as the machine can get out to web on port 21.

I haven't got it.

Just checking you are extracking the A0ED.tar file not leaving it as a zip? Just have to ask as cant assume you familiar with KM firmware update procedures

already have sent this.

but you dont extract the tar file you put the a0ed.tar (forget the full name) as is on the root of the usb. do you want me to link you the firmware update procedure
