[Error Code] Drum unit to be changed

Dear All,

Am using Konica minolta bizhub C224 model, it showing some error like "Y drum unit to be replaced". But i have bought new one and inserted.
But the issue remains the same. The error message is not going at all.
Please guide me to kill this issue.

was it a real OEM drum unit or did you just replace the cylinder?
the new? chip did not communicate to the machine. check the gold terminals on the copier.
