    Tried Both... going to completely restart the computer.... But did that with the 1st one, now trying with the 2nd.

        It worked !

        just after install the pacthes appears a system notification from System Updates !

        SOLUTION: Install attached patch 1-1CO771.
        1. Install this patch locally.
        3. The install takes approximately 1 second.
        5. Reboot controller.
        Notes:
        a. Use this patch if you get this problem only.
