Hi all! I am having an issue with a Bizhub 363, in which, the fax settings are hidden from view. You can view fax settings in service mode, however, the fax settings in admin mode have disappeared. I believe that there is some sort of security feature on the machine, because when you try to send a fax, the fax kit does not dial out and when you check the Job List, it says "fax complete," even if nothing was sent. Maybe there is a setting on Enhanced Security mode or possibly the Limiting Access to Destination tab has settings on there. Either way, I am not quite sure what to do to fix this issue, but any help would be appreciated.

look for a setting called prefix/suffix and shut it off. Had a very strange 227 that wouldn't fax, as soon as i typed the number it would send as a smb scan. after replacing the fax kit and a few days finally called KMBS and they told me about the prefix/suffix setting from what i described to them.
