    Biz hub 654

    Trouble code 9401....replaced CCD..code gone,but 3/4 copy black.Any I can do...firmware updated

      I'm thinking that you turned the wrong screws when installing the CCD. The painted screws are to focus the CCD, and most likely you changed that focus. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        We have had some faulty out of the box CCD's lately.

        Last one had about 1/2 inch skew off the glass on install, the original faulty was put back in and perfect but S-1. (probably dropped in transit)

        replaced with another new one, no more problems.
