    Konica Minolta bizhub c451 CE password lost!

    Hi
    I bought a used device Konica minolta bizhub c451.
    previous service, put password CE service mode
    They do not give us the password
    If you install new firmware, password Is deleted?


    Can you help me with this?


    Where can I find the firmware you give me a link.

      Rewriting firmware will not delete or change the CE Password. If the current password is not the default 92729272, then you'll have to contact KM to get it reset.

                      There is an NVRAM reset firmware available this will reset the service password.
