C353 freeze when printing multiple jobs

hello ,

i have this C353 in a small department they don't print a lot actually but lately they start to do so ,anyway when they lunch multiple jobs at ones the printer freezes without showing any error code after they restart it , it starts working well ,

any idea on the cause of the problem or how to solve it ,

I'd start by updating the firmware especially if its way out & also update the printer driver too.

as above..just adding HDD format and perhaps resetting NIC.
