    Minolta Bh xxx4 meter count reset

    Hello!
    I have a Minolta Bizhub C224e showroom page 15000th
    How do I reset meter counter?
    Can you help?

      sorry about that. i watched the video. ssd board is probably wacko. tar file might fix it or firmware update. that used to hapen on the BH350. it was fixed with firmware update

        My guess is you did something to induce this, the s/n in the video shows "konicaminolta". Did swap any boards? Emujo

            Not sure what "leased the plane" means, but I'm guessing you are not a trained KM tech, maybe not a copier tech at all. So it may be good to know that this site is mainly used to help other techs with problems they can't figure out. You really should be calling ( and paying for) a qualified tech to come out and help you with this. Be prepared to spend a good chunk of $$ for replacement boards and labor. Emujo
