I have exactly the same problem, but on bizhub C250. Could anybody send me firmware and NVRAM reset on bizhub c250?

The C250 NVRAM reset firmware is the same as for a C252, so you can get it at the link I posted.

So, I tried to reset NVRAM, but I got this blank screen:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]35615[/ATTACH]

Then I tried to upload firmware which for c252:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]35616[/ATTACH]

then I clicked start...

Now I have C-C163 error...
