Prints skew and duplex not aligned

Hello

I am having lots of problem with a biz hub C224e. The prints are skew and also the duplex are not aligned. I checked in the service manual and did the below alignments

1. Printing area Leading adjustment

2. Printer registration loop adjustment.

3. Print head skew Reset

None of these have solved the problem.

I have replaced the registration roller assy, but no success.

I attached a sample one sided print and the skew is very well visible.

Same result from the bypass?

You can try to realign the transfer roller section and the door.
Put some pressure on the door while printing to check if there is any change.
Had a C554 with the same problem. Got it better but not correct.
Would like to know how to get it perfect.

Is this a print or a copy? Could it be DF skew?

The problem is when doing a prints. I will try to to realign the transfer roller section and the door and keep you updated.
