First post, long time lurker. I'm the service coordinator posting for one of our technicians about a Bizhub C364E that has some minor ghosting on color prints and causing a real headache for the customer.
This unit does around 34k a month, 23k color with just over 600k total on its meter.
We got a call last week about lines on prints, my tech got there and diagnosed with it being the tranfser belt. The consumables were all low so we decided to install a new Fuser, ITB, 4 Drums, and the Black Developer. When he left the image was perfect but yesterday they called back with a ghosting the problem in the attached pics below.
The color developers seem like the next logical next step but are all still at 25% and according to my tech they look good, and of course my boss wants to wait.
Any thoughts on what else it could be?
